Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload various packages and parcels to designated locations.
- Follow pre-determined delivery routes and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Verify contents of packages against shipping documents and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records, including proof of delivery.
- Report any delivery issues, vehicle malfunctions, or customer feedback promptly to supervisors.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with warehouse sorting and organization of parcels as needed before and after routes.
- Represent Career.supersecrets professionally at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand maps and navigate local routes.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry packages (up to 25kg).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- A valid driver's license (preferably Class E) with a clean driving record for at least one year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a delivery, courier, or logistics role.
- Familiarity with the Sangotedo, Lekki and wider Lagos area.
- Proficiency in using GPS devices or navigation apps.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
