Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently restock bar supplies including ice, garnishes, glassware, and napkins throughout service.
- Assist bartenders with general duties, ensuring they have all necessary components for drink preparation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including wiping surfaces, sweeping floors, and washing bar tools and equipment.
- Manage bottle inventory, perform stock rotation, and promptly notify management of low stock levels or required orders.
- Transport empty bottles, boxes, and refuse to designated disposal areas.
- Ensure all essential items are readily available for service, particularly during peak operating hours.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable to food and beverage service.
- Provide general support to both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
