This role requires a proactive and skilled individual to ensure the optimal functioning and aesthetic appeal of our commercial properties in Midrand. The Maintenance Staff will be a crucial part of our facilities management team, responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance across various commercial sites, including office parks, retail spaces, and industrial units. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of commercial properties to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.).
- Conduct general repairs including carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and minor electrical and plumbing work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, troubleshooting issues effectively.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial property maintenance or a related field.
