Career.supersecrets is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Assistant to join a vibrant early learning center located in the heart of Al Barsha, Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Nursery Teacher/Lead Educator in planning and executing daily educational and recreational activities.
- Provide direct care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and stimulating learning environment, organizing toys and materials.
- Support children with personal care routines, including feeding, changing diapers, and toileting.
- Observe and monitor children's progress, behaviour, and development, reporting any concerns to the lead educator.
- Facilitate constructive play and encourage positive social interactions among children.
- Assist with meal and snack times, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, sharing daily updates and addressing minor queries.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
- Adhere strictly to all nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
Required Skills
- Genuine passion for working with young children (0-5 years old).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of child development stages.

Preferred Qualifications
- Cache Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education and Care, or equivalent qualification.
- First Aid and CPR certification relevant to childcare.
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) working in a nursery, kindergarten, or childcare setting.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
