Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, bespoke creations, wines, beers, and specialty coffees, adhering to recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, providing menu recommendations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and inventory, upholding all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene responsibly when necessary, ensuring compliance with local liquor laws.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of bar supplies, spirits, and ingredients.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Contribute to the development of new cocktail menus and seasonal beverage offerings.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
- Exceptional knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail recipes.
- Strong mixology skills and the ability to create innovative drinks.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
