Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Plan and optimize delivery routes, schedules, and fleet utilization for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and track shipments from dispatch to delivery, proactively resolving any issues or delays.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse and during delivery.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports, including inventory levels, delivery performance, and operational costs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse and delivery personnel, fostering a productive work environment.
- Handle documentation for shipments, including waybills, invoices, and customs forms where applicable.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role specializing in warehouse and delivery operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
