Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their vision, requirements, budget, and expectations for both wedding and corporate events.
- Develop detailed event proposals, including themes, décor, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
- Create and manage comprehensive event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors (caterers, venues, florists, photographers, entertainers, etc.) to secure the best services and prices.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, providing on-site supervision to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise before or during an event.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Ensure all events adhere to safety regulations and relevant permits are secured.
- Provide post-event evaluations and feedback for continuous improvement.
