Key Responsibilities
- Assist waiters in taking orders, serving food and beverages to guests, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Set up dining tables with necessary cutlery, glassware, and linens according to established standards.
- Clear tables efficiently and promptly after guests depart, ensuring readiness for new diners.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Refill water glasses and attend to guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest requests or concerns.
- Assist with washing and polishing dishes, glassware, and silverware as needed.
- Support the overall restaurant operations by performing various duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
