Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised store environment, including shelves and display areas.
- Receive, unpack, and organise new stock deliveries.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and displayed according to merchandising standards.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
