Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end processing of orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics flow.
- Optimize routes and transportation methods to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process all necessary logistics documentation, including waybills, invoices, and customs forms.
- Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve logistical problems, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, promptly and effectively.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards within warehouse and delivery operations.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to enhance operational visibility and control.

- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role, specifically in warehouse and delivery.
