Key Responsibilities
- Guide vehicles onto the car wash conveyor system and ensure proper positioning.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
- Pre-soak, scrub, and clean vehicle exteriors as required, paying attention to specific customer requests.
- Perform thorough hand-drying and detailing of vehicles, ensuring a streak-free, spotless finish.
- Apply tire shine, window cleaning, and other detailing services as needed.
- Assist customers with service selection and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tidying up wash bays, vacuuming, and disposing of waste.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
