We are searching for an experienced and highly creative Architect to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis to inform design decisions and ensure project viability.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to integrate multidisciplinary requirements into comprehensive designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and relevant international standards in Umm Al Quwain and the UAE.
- Prepare presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the selection and specification of materials, finishes, and systems.
- Participate in tender documentation, bid evaluation, and contractor selection processes.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the professional development of the team.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an Architect, preferably within the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.
- Excellent design and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Registered Architect in the UAE (e.g., membership with Society of Engineers, UAE).
- Experience with sustainable design principles and LEED certification projects.
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
- Arabic language proficiency.
