Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services.
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, blow-drying, colouring (highlights, balayage, full colour), and chemical treatments.
- Provide expert advice on hair care products and maintenance routines to clients.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation and salon area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and salon policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with front desk duties when required.
- Actively participate in salon team meetings and training sessions.
- Promote and sell hair care products and services to clients.
Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in cutting, styling, and colouring techniques
