Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
- Assist with table setup and breakdown, including cutlery, glassware, and napkins.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
