Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Manage, train, and motivate staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, responding to feedback, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure adequate stock levels and cost efficiency.
- Handle financial transactions, including cash management, reporting, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and menu execution.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to foster communication, teamwork, and goal alignment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems)
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations gracefully
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
