Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes, schedules, and methods to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping and customs documentation accurately.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.

- Manage relationships with external logistics service providers, evaluating performance and negotiating contracts.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of local and international shipping regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
