Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the residential estate, including common areas, perimeters, and access points.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV, and promptly report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Control access to the estate, verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and residents as per established procedures.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and calls for assistance from residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance to maintain order and security.
- Provide assistance to residents and visitors with a courteous and helpful demeanor.
- Collaborate with senior security personnel and management to enhance security protocols.
- Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and first aid when required.

- Residency in Lagos State or willingness to relocate within the area
