Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior waiters in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Set up and reset dining tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and linens before, during, and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and storage areas.
- Clear tables efficiently and promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for new guests.
- Replenish condiments, napkins, and other table essentials as needed.
- Proactively observe guests to anticipate their needs and respond to requests politely and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations of the restaurant.
- Assist with inventory management of dining supplies and reporting low stock.
- Learn and memorize menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings to assist guests with choices.
