Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of tyres to identify damage, wear, and punctures.
- Execute professional hot and cold vulcanizing repairs on various types of tyres (tubeless, tubed, radial, bias).
- Mount and dismount tyres accurately using appropriate tools and machinery.
- Perform wheel balancing and alignment as required, ensuring optimal vehicle handling.
- Repair inner tubes and conduct patch repairs with precision.
- Advise customers on tyre health, proper inflation, rotation schedules, and replacement options.
- Maintain and operate vulcanizing equipment, air compressors, and other workshop tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry standards for tyre repair and maintenance.
