Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and network connectivity issues.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing queries and resolving minor IT problems promptly.
- Conduct routine system checks, updates, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
