Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide a full range of general dental services including restorative fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, and prosthodontics.
- Conduct preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, fluoride applications, and dental sealants.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dietary advice, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatment progress, and financial information.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and techniques through continuous professional development.
- Manage patient expectations and ensure a positive patient experience during all interactions.

Required Skills
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in Nigeria.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC clinical experience as a Dentist.
- Demonstrated proficiency in general dentistry procedures.
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Commitment to patient safety and ethical practice.
