Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs for various residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct minor electrical repairs, including changing light fixtures, switches, and outlets.
- Address plumbing issues such as leaky faucets, clogged drains, and toilet repairs.
- Undertake carpentry tasks, including repairing doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture.
- Complete painting, plastering, and drywall repairs as needed.
- Install and repair fixtures, such as blinds, shelves, and curtain rods.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve potential maintenance issues proactively.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to company and industry safety standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any needs for repair or replacement.
