Key Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas of the estate regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, reporting any incidents or suspicious activities.
- Permit entry of authorized persons and vehicles, maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Enforce security regulations and procedures to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Provide assistance to residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner when required.
- Prepare daily activity reports, detailing observations, incidents, and security measures taken.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
