Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

- Support loss prevention efforts through vigilance and strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment.
Required Skills
