Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain all coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation, including regular cleaning of machines, counters, and serving areas.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other café supplies.
- Assist with light food preparation, such as warming pastries or making simple sandwiches, if required.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a hotel, café, or restaurant setting.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and espresso machine operation.
