Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant/Barman or Barmaid to join our team at Zuma Rock Hotel Bauchi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, handling cash transactions accurately, and interacting professionally with guests. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with bar inventory management.
- Helping to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Opening and closing duties as required.
