Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to designated locations.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to enhance efficiency, reduce transit times, and minimize transportation costs.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers, customs agents, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare comprehensive logistics reports, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international safety regulations, transportation laws, and company policies.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage documentation for shipments, including waybills, customs declarations, and other necessary paperwork.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Acute attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
