Job Description
We are seeking hardworking and experienced Farm Workers/Fishermen to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves a variety of tasks related to farming and fishing, contributing directly to our company’s production goals. You will be involved in all aspects of crop cultivation, from land preparation and planting to harvesting and post-harvest activities. Fishing responsibilities will include operating fishing equipment, maintaining nets, and sorting catches. The position requires physical stamina, resilience to varied weather conditions, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of work. Key Responsibilities
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established procedures.
- Maintaining farm equipment and tools.
- Irrigation and fertilization of crops.
- Weed control and pest management.
- Operating fishing equipment (boats, nets, etc.).
- Sorting, cleaning, and storing fish catches.
- Maintaining fishing equipment and supplies.
- Adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Experience in farming or fishing.

- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
