Job Description
Chimex Motors is seeking a skilled and experienced Tire Repairer/Alignment Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tire repair, wheel balancing, and vehicle alignment. This role requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing tire problems, performing wheel alignments, balancing wheels, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to strict safety standards. Experience with various tire types and brands is a plus. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the safety and performance of our clients’ vehicles. You’ll work closely with other mechanics, service advisors, and management to ensure a smooth workflow and effective problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair tire punctures, cuts, and other damage
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and alignments
- Inspect tires for wear and tear, advising customers on necessary replacements
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed
- Adhere to strict safety procedures in all aspects of the job
- Assist other technicians as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and answering questions
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify wheel alignment issues
