Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality defects before and during the packaging process.
- Accurately count, weigh, and label packaged items.
- Prepare finished products for shipment by stacking, wrapping, and loading onto pallets.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions precisely.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as required.
Required Skills
