Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering prompt assistance with luggage and belongings.
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring safe and secure handling.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries, parcels, and supplies, distributing them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance areas, and other public spaces.
- Provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Al Barsha.
- Run errands as required by guests or management, including collecting or delivering items within the premises.
- Assist with car parking and valet services if necessary, ensuring guest vehicles are handled with care.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
