Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the entire logistics process, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and delivery schedules.
- Manage warehouse inventory, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping to minimize discrepancies.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Optimize delivery routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee the proper documentation for all logistics activities, including waybills, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security standards within the warehouse and during transit.
- Resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly and effectively, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and delivery metrics for management review.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license (preferably with experience driving commercial vehicles if applicable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
