Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

- Oversee all daily boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, cash handling, and security procedures.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty through personalized experiences.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage the boutique's budget, control operating costs, and maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training for staff.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation, adhering strictly to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and discretion, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion.

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and clienteling abilities.
