Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and present menus upon arrival, offering expert recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests in dining areas and through room service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment, including table settings and service stations.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas, including banquets and special events.
- Adhere strictly to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to answer guest questions confidently.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as waitstaff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Impeccable personal presentation and hygiene.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
