Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand photography requirements and creative briefs for events and commercial shoots.
- Plan and conceptualize shoots, including location scouting, prop selection, and subject posing, to achieve desired artistic and commercial outcomes.
- Execute on-site photography for various events (corporate, social, product launches) and commercial assignments (lifestyle, product, branding).
- Operate professional camera equipment, lighting, and other accessories to capture high-quality images.
- Perform post-production tasks including culling, color correction, retouching, and image manipulation using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all delivered images adhere to client specifications, brand guidelines, and technical standards.
- Manage and organize digital assets efficiently, including backup and archiving of raw and finished files.
- Maintain professional conduct and a high level of customer service during all client interactions.
- Adhere to deadlines and communicate progress or potential delays proactively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve photographic skills.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems and lenses.
- Expertise in studio and natural lighting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating event and commercial photography experience.
- Excellent composition, framing, and color theory understanding.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
