Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement a comprehensive calendar of innovative and engaging recreational programs and activities for guests of all ages, aligning with the luxury resort's brand standards and the unique environment of Liwa Oasis.
- Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of recreation staff, ensuring high levels of service, professionalism, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance and safety of all recreation facilities and equipment, conducting regular inspections and coordinating necessary repairs.
- Monitor and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs while maximizing revenue opportunities through effective program pricing and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and courteously, striving to exceed expectations and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments, including F&B, Marketing, and Front Office, to promote activities and enhance cross-departmental guest services.
- Analyze guest participation, feedback, and market trends to continuously refine and evolve recreation offerings.
