Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, bespoke creations, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, offering recommendations and taking orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage cash and card transactions, operate POS systems, and handle customer bills accurately.

- Ensure all drinks are prepared and served consistently to the highest quality standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Stay updated with new cocktail trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barman/Bartender in a reputable establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail recipes.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drink preparation and cash handling.
