Key Responsibilities
- Execute photography for diverse events (e.g., corporate, social, private) and commercial projects (e.g., product, branding, portraits).
- Operate professional-grade camera equipment, lighting, and accessories to achieve optimal image quality.
- Direct subjects and manage scenes effectively to capture desired moods, expressions, and compositions.
- Perform advanced post-production editing, retouching, and color correction using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Ensure timely delivery of high-resolution, edited images to clients, adhering strictly to agreed-upon deadlines and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with clients and our project managers to understand project scope, vision, and specific deliverables.
- Maintain and regularly update a professional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of event and commercial photography work.
- Manage personal equipment, including regular maintenance, calibration, and ensuring readiness for all assignments.
- Adapt quickly to changing shoot conditions, technical challenges, and client requests while on location.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in both event photography (capturing candid moments, dynamic action) and commercial photography (product, portrait, branding).
- Mastery of professional DSLR/mirrorless camera systems, lenses, and external lighting techniques (strobe, continuous).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for image processing, color grading, and retouching.
- Strong understanding of photographic principles including composition, exposure, focus, and white balance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and subjects.
