Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and delivery of goods.
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems, conducting regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of products.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national transportation and warehousing regulations.
- Utilize logistics software and ERP systems for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and generating reports.
- Investigate and resolve shipping, delivery, and inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive logistics reports, analyze data, and identify areas for process improvement.
