Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create original fashion designs, sketches, and illustrations for various collections and client requests.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, patterns, and specifications for garment production.
- Select and source appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories, considering quality, cost, and design requirements.
- Conduct fittings with clients, making necessary alterations and adjustments to ensure a perfect fit and desired aesthetic.
- Perform precise cutting, sewing, and finishing of garments, demonstrating mastery of various tailoring techniques.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, forecasting future styles, and incorporating them into new designs where appropriate.
- Manage the end-to-end production process for bespoke orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, ensuring proper care and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on larger projects and seasonal collections.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) or strong manual sketching skills.
