This is a crucial full-time position where you will play an instrumental role in maintaining a secure and safe environment for all personnel, visitors, and valuable assets within the designated premises. As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the foremost deterrent against any unauthorized activities, respond promptly and effectively to all types of emergencies, and diligently ensure strict compliance with established security policies and protocols. Your daily responsibilities will involve meticulous monitoring of advanced surveillance equipment, conducting regular and thorough patrols of the premises, controlling and managing all access points, and performing comprehensive inspections to identify and address potential security risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both internal and external, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or unauthorized presence.
- Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment, promptly identifying and reporting suspicious activities or incidents.
- Control access to the premises, verifying identities, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate logs of entries and exits.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches, following established procedures.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, safety, and property protection.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily logs, and other required documentation.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide assistance and direction to visitors and staff while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Conduct bag and vehicle inspections as required, adhering to privacy and safety guidelines.
- Perform first aid or CPR if certified and necessary, until professional medical help arrives.
- Ensure all doors, gates, and windows are properly secured at designated times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role (e.g., military, law enforcement) of at least 2 years.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including emergency response.
- Strong observational and surveillance skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate security systems and equipment effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written (English proficiency is essential).
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, potentially in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Basic computer literacy for report generation, email communication, and data entry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid UAE Security Guard license (SIRA/PSBD or similar certification from an accredited body in the UAE).
- First Aid and CPR certification, with updated knowledge.
- Previous experience in a commercial, residential, or industrial security setting within the UAE, specifically Ajman.
- In-depth knowledge of local laws, regulations, and security guidelines applicable in the UAE.
- Proficiency in Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in the region (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog) is a strong advantage.
