Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy Festac Town location. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your assigned station. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key member of our front-of-house team, directly impacting the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently from customers.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstation.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Following all restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with setting up and clearing tables.
Required Skills
