Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising strategies and planograms to optimize product presentation and appeal across multiple retail locations.
- Ensure consistent brand representation, adhering strictly to guidelines for displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Monitor stock levels, identify replenishment needs, and communicate effectively with store management for product availability.
- Execute seasonal changes, special promotions, and new product launches effectively and in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment, focusing on meticulous product placement and display maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with store staff and management to achieve merchandising goals and support overall sales objectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 18 months' proven experience in visual merchandising or a similar retail role.
- Strong understanding of retail principles, sales drivers, and customer purchasing behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple assigned retail locations.
- Creative flair, a keen eye for aesthetics, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Physical capability to lift, move, and arrange merchandise as required.
- Proficiency in basic retail software systems (e.g., POS, inventory tracking).
Preferred Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Retail Management, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with specific planogram software or advanced visual merchandising tools.
- Demonstrated portfolio or examples of successful merchandising projects.
