Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all assigned training modules and workshops focused on FMCG sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Shadow senior sales representatives to observe best practices in client engagement, product demonstrations, and sales closing techniques.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and understand consumer needs within the FMCG sector.
