Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all cinema guests, checking tickets and guiding them to their seats.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all cinema areas, including auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and concessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with guest inquiries.
- Monitor cinema screens and common areas to ensure safety and resolve minor issues proactively.
- Assist guests with special access requirements to ensure their comfort and enjoyment.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with cinema policies regarding age restrictions, food and drink, and general conduct.
- Support concession stand operations during peak periods as needed.
