Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior researchers and scientists in executing laboratory experiments and procedures.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions accurately for various tests and analyses.
- Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Record experimental data meticulously, maintaining comprehensive and accurate laboratory notebooks.
- Adhere strictly to all laboratory safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies and reagents, flagging needs for replenishment.
- Perform basic data entry and assist in preliminary analysis of experimental results.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific field.
