Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale systems, and relaying them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and elegantly, adhering to all service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, service stations, and surrounding environments.
- Clear tables, wash dishes (if required), and reset for the next guests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation for dining supplies as directed.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, fostering teamwork and mutual support.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a waitstaff or server.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
