Key Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and reagents according to established protocols and precise specifications.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments under the guidance of senior staff.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment (e.g., centrifuges, spectrophotometers, pH meters).
- Accurately record, document, and manage experimental data and observations.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols, quality control standards, and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Assist with inventory management, stocking of supplies, and proper disposal of waste materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Collaborate with team members on research projects and contribute to problem-solving.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or procedural deviations to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
