Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and latest trends.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Ensure the bar area is consistently clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, recommending beverages and enhancing their overall experience.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, reconciling sales at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with the management team to create promotional events and special beverage offerings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Mixologist in a reputable bar, hotel, or restaurant (minimum 3 years).
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes.
- Exceptional creativity and a passion for developing new and exciting drinks.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
