Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during transit to and from school.
- Assist students with safe boarding and disembarking from the school bus.
- Maintain discipline and order on the bus, addressing any behavioral issues positively and appropriately.
- Verify student attendance and ensure all children are accounted for before departure and upon arrival.
- Administer basic first aid to students as needed and report any incidents promptly.
- Communicate effectively with the bus driver regarding student behavior, safety concerns, or route changes.
- Liaise with school administration and parents regarding student welfare or incidents when required.
- Conduct a thorough check of the bus after each route to ensure no child or belongings are left behind.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
